What to heck doc?

Ok, my chief complaints when I went to the doctor were my memory issues and concentration.  He gave me sample meds and none of the side effect info so last night I googled it.  In the list of side effects:  memory issues and confusion.   What gives?

These are the two symptoms I want gone yesterday!!  I am a patient but I am not patient....
